Cinnamon Apple Baked Oatmeal

I’ve been on an oatmeal kick lately. It’s really quick and easy to make, and it fills me up (which is something that is hard to do lately. Breastfeeding burns up so much energy!) This baked oatmeal has a really good texture to it. DSC_0729First things first, mix your dry ingredients in a bowl.
